Boasting impressive power output, this amplifier delivers 4000 Watts Max x 1 at 1-Ohm, 2000 Watts Max x 1 at 2-Ohms, and 1000 Watts Max x 1 at 4-Ohms. Bridged, it can produce a staggering 8000 Watts Max x 1 at 2-Ohms.
The Class D design significantly reduces power loss, making the amplifier highly efficient. Excess energy is stored until needed, instead of being converted into heat. This results in reduced size, weight, power waste, and a smaller heat sink, with a more compact circuitry.
The 1 Ohm Stable capability allows the amplifier to continuously power 1 Ohm loads without issues like overheating, making it ideal for powering demanding subwoofers.
The Strapping Capability enables you to couple two AC4000.1D amplifiers, doubling the power delivered to your subwoofer(s) and allowing you to connect more subwoofers to take advantage of the extra power.
The Variable Bass Boost feature lets you adjust the low bass within the boost range to your desired level. The Variable Subsonic Filter prevents your subwoofer(s) from bottoming out by filtering out frequencies below the subwoofer(s) specified low-frequency limits, allowing the driver to reach a maximum safe excursion.
The Variable Low-Pass Crossover allows you to set precise sound specifications for the bass frequency reproduction, as subwoofers reproduce sound based on a range of low-range frequencies.
The amplifier's dimensions are 15" x 10" x 2.4", and it weighs 11.2 lbs.
